Fall/Winter Program 2023/2024
Morning Lifting Program - August 21st - December 7th, 2023:
- Sign up for Morning Lifting: HR Baseball Fall Workout Sign Up
- 5:45am - 7am, 4 days a week
- 2x per week Legs/ 2x per week upper body, 4x per week abs/conditioning
- If no school (off day/snow day) then NO LIFT that day
- Cost $66 - includes 2 T-Shirts and $10 to the Booster Club - Venmo to @HRHSHomeRunClub
- Black shorts and HRHS Baseball Apparel to every workout
Fall Wednesday Hitting
- Wednesdays, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
- In the Baseball Fieldhouse
- Hitting progression and drills
Winter Workouts - January 9th - February 24th

- 2 days hitting/2 days lifting and long toss/1 day bullpens and defensive drills
- Juniors and Seniors group 1
- Freshman and Sophomores group 2
