The Ranch Swim & Dive Team is a high school co-op team that swims and dives under Highlands Ranch High School. The schools in the co-op include Highlands Ranch High School, Mountain Vista High School, Rock Canyon high School, and Thunder Ridge High School. Home schooled and charter school students living within the boundaries of the four main schools may join the co-op team.

Swim at Northridge Rec Center: Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 7:30-9 PM, Tuesday/Thursday@ 7-8:30 PM
Dive at Littleton HS: Monday-Friday @ 4-6 PM
