Highland Ranch Falcons Softball!

 For those that do not know me, I am Coach Quinn O'Neill. This is my first year as the head coach of the program, however I was the assistant on Varsity for the last 3 years. I could not be more excited to be leading the charge for this upcoming season. Below are some details that I can provide as we near the beginning of the season. 

Fall registration is now open!! Please get this done as soon as possible to avoid any issues when school gets back in session. The link to registration is provided below:

Just a couple quick notes for the registration:

1. Students may not try out until they have BOTH their registration completed and a valid physical uploaded on our registration website.
2. I would highly encourage your athlete to get their sports physical done this summer, to ensure that all is completed in a timely manner;

There will also be a Spirit pack that will be available for purchase, this pack will include our practice shirts, a pre-game shirt and a jacket/hoodie of some sort. The practice shirts will be different from the ones that were used in prior years, so I would prefer that everyone purchases the new spirit pack.

Next order of Business.... Our preseason summer camp will begin Monday July 29th and run for 2 weeks (Monday-Friday) until August 9th. We will finish that Friday August 9th with a BBQ and parent/player meeting to get us prepared for the upcoming season as well go over important details for the season. The cost for this camp provides a camp t-shirt as well as beverages for the girls and our BBQ at the end. 

The Fall season Officially starts on Monday August 12th, this is when tryouts will officially begin.

I will need some parent volunteers throughout the season to help us run the scoreboard, concessions and the music for our home games. The girls will also have walk-up songs for when they come to the plate this year, so we would love for a parent to assist with playing those for the girls. I don't need anyone to commit to anything now, however I just wanted to plant the seed.
